Atmosphere of hotel very good. Rooms good. Value for money good. Excellent tour advisor in Deborah. One important point to make - please delete the 6 picnic lunches and replace with say sausage rolls or a quiche with a salad in a tub. The staff were polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The evening meal, different choices every night was very good with free wine. The hotel supplied a packed lunch - choice of sandwiches, a piece of cake, fruit and fizzy/still water bottles. This was the only downside, as the sandwiches weren't very appetising. Our bedroom was light and airy, very clean and the bathroom/shower facilities good. Our welcoming tour guide, Deborah Foreman, was outstanding - she answered any questions we had, and handed out plenty of information on the hotel and the places we were going to visit. The rooms were very clean, spacious and well equipped. The food was excellent, freshly prepared and plentiful with lots of choice. A lovely hotel just 10 minutes walk from Wilderswil railway station which connects to all the main attractions in the Jungfrau region. Rooms are comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful, especially in the group dining room and reception. What I found outstanding was the quality of the food, the Michelin Star obviously evident in the flavours and presentation. Breakfasts were Continental style with choice of coffees, home made breads, cold meats, cheeses, and cereals. Evening meals were largely exceptional, with amazing selection of salad starters, home made soups, and delicious meat dishes and sauces. Vegetarian options also available. The house wine served with dinner was plentiful and good quality. Little extra touches such as birthday cakes, a fondue night in the main restaurant and an aperitif in garden were all lovely surprises. Look no further What a great experience. The hotel is 400 years old. It had a great family feel. The owners and staff could not do enough for us. Room regularly cleaned to a high standard. Breakfast and dinner meals were truly excellent. Placed in a lovely area we could not wish for more. I would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were spotless, food excellent and service outstanding. The hotel is located a few minutes from local buses and about 10 minutes from the train station. The 400 year old hotel is set in a quiet village surrounded by mountains..views are stunning.Gepostet auf TripadvisorVerifiziert Lovely Swiss Chalet style Hotel Lovely hotel, typical Swiss chalet style. we were in Annex but large double room, ensuite, and large external balcony with table and chairs with views of Monch and Jungfrau. Very peaceful, located a 15 minute work from train station, 5 minutes from bus stop. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was a set menu each day but 5 courses and generally to very high standard. No good if you are tall as roof slopes but being shorter it was lovely to see the mountain during the day and stars at night as no light pollution. We were well looked after and nice food. Packed lunch everyday. Man achtet sehr auf die Gäste, die Chefin selbst kommt auf einen zu. Das Essen war Grandios, es wurde auch auf meine Zöliakie eingegangen, zumindest beim Hauptgang, der Gruß aus der Küche durfte zwei Abende hintereinander mein Mann allein genießen, da es leider kein Glutenfreies Brot gereicht wurde, trotz dass es bereits bei Reservierubg angegeben und explozit nachgefragt wurde. Aber die Gänge danach wurden angepasst und waren sehr lecker. Einzigster abzug gibt es für unser Zimmer, das war im Nebenhaus-leider extrem hellhörig. Man bekommt jeden Schritt der anderen Bewohner mit, neben unserem Bad, lag vermutlich ein anderes Bad getremnt durch eine Türe, was auch hier dafür sorgte das man alles mitbekam. Die Matratzen waren ziemlivh durchgelegen, und daher leider die Schlafqualität eingeschränkt. Aber das ist nun meckern auf hohem Niveau- das ist das einzig negative was uns aufgegallen ist und uns leider auch tatsächlich gestört hat. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti. L hotel è situato in una vera struttura dell oberland bernese di circa 400 anni fa, ben curata e pulita. Il personale alla reception ci ha accolto e spiegato tutto in maniera impeccabile. Le stanze sono di dimensioni normale, dotate di ogni confort. Unica pecca, le poche prese in camera. Ma basta sapersi organizzare. L hotel è ubicato in una zona ottimale, per chi vuole passeggiare in mezzo ai boschi è possibole raggiungere interlaken a piedi. In ogni caso, interlaken dista circa 8 minuti in auto. Inoltre, c e una stazione raggiungibile a piedi. Colazione a buffet ben fornita, dal dolce al salato, per accontentare tutte le nazionalità di chi soggiorna presso la struttura. Vi sono ampi parcheggi esterni. Per quanto riguarda l ingresso dalle 22.00 in poi, vi verrà consegnata una scheda per l apertura della porta principale. Al vostro arrivo inoltre, vi verrà lasciata una tessera, che vi permetterà di utilizzare i mezzi pubblici per raggiungere interlaken. Voel me er enorm thuis en de staf doet enorm haar best het je naar de zin te maken. Lekker ontbijt met streekproducten en kaas van eigen koeien. Het halfpension diner was ook erg lekker. Het kaasplateau wat er ook nog extra bij geserveerd wordt is fantastisch. Grote gastvrijheid, niets is teveel om het je naar de zin te maken. Fantastisch centraal gelegen plek om de omgeving te verkennen. Ook nog eens op loopafstand van station en bushaltes. Heerlijk ontbijt en fantastisch diner in het halfpension. We komen zeker weer snel terug!! Der Holzstil, die familiäre Atmosphäre und das fantastische Frühstücksbuffet mit regionalen Produkten sind einfach toll. Auch das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss serviert köstliche Gerichte. Das Zimmer wurde renoviert, und im Flur im ersten Stock befindet sich eine Küche mit Wasserkocher und allem nötigen Geschirr. Wir waren begeistert! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Thanks Alpenblick for making my stay in Klosters easy and enjoyable. The hotel is comfortable, really well located and the breakfasts are good. The management and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
