The culinary highlights from the kitchen of the Hotel Restaurant Alpenblick are known far beyond the Jungfrau region. Why? Top chef and host, Richard Stöckli, cooks with pure passion and conjures up culinary works of art on the plate thanks to his many years of experience. But that alone is not enough, because every dish is only as good as the ingredients used. For this reason, Richard Stöckli cultivates a rich fruit, vegetable and herb garden behind the house. Much of what we serve comes directly from the garden or from our own cows on the alp. Fresh regional and seasonal ingredients, refined with pleasure by expert gourmet cooking, promise a culinary feast for the palate both in the Gourmet Restaurant and in the Swiss Bistro Restaurant, where we serve you home-style cooking and fine Swiss specialties. Richard Stöckli, awarded with 16 points GaultMillau, 3 toques and 1 star Michelin, creates delicate culinary delicacies first class. We will spoil you each time with a gourmet menu consisting of 4 to 7 courses. We will start with an aperitif snack of cheese specialties from cows of our own alp. You will taste it, our cheese is a delight. Afterwards a culinary firework of different amuse-bouches is waiting for you. Further we serve a refined main course consisting of seasonal and regional ingredients with a matching wine accompaniment from our sommelière of the year, Yvonne Stöckli. We wish you an enjoyable dining experience.

Refines excellent drops to culinary delight
If you love wine, our wine list is the right place for you. Our cellar holds 500 top wines, including 300 Swiss rarities. We also leave nothing to chance when it comes to our wine selection: Yvonne Stöckli was named Sommelière of the Year by GaultMillau in 2016 and knows which fine wines harmonize perfectly with our culinary creations. Our wine list has also been named "Best List of Swiss Wines" by VINUM magazine several times.
Swiss Bistro - Restaurant
In our rustic restaurant, awarded with "Bib Gourmand", you can choose from fine Swiss gourmet specialties as well as different cheese fondues. Look forward to a regional cuisine with sustainable products from the region, interpreted in a modern way and combined with the old-known gourmet classics. We assure you: whatever your choice, you will be delighted. From the crispy fresh salad from your own garden to the Unspunnen skewer with spicy sauce of a thousand scents or the Interlaken-style whitefish fillet. Would you like to see where the herbs on your salad come from? Then we invite you to take a walk through our rose and herb garden. We will also delight you with our excellent wine selection in the Swiss Bistro.

Unspunnnenstube
In the traditional Unspunnenstube we spoil our hotel guests with the 5-course gourmet menu and, depending on the season and day, with buffet selections. But we also open the Unspunnen doors to external guests: Are you holding an event in the beautiful Bernese Oberland, looking for peace and quiet, but don't want to miss out on the amenities of Interlaken? Then the Unspunnenstube is perfect for your event. And if you don't want to drive home in the evening, you know that we also have soft beds for a soothing sleep.
Garden terrace
Our sunny garden terrace is a real gem. While the birds are chirping in the surrounding trees, you can enjoy whatever you feel like: a delicious meal, a "gluschtiger" coupe, a fortifying cup of coffee or a refreshing aperitif.
Cooking school
Richard Stöckli has been one of the best-known top chefs in the Jungfrau region for years. He has points and chef's hoods from GaultMillau as well as a Michelin star - his success proves him right. You have the opportunity to learn a bit of his skills during a cooking class. Take a look over his shoulders and create a gourmet menu. It's guaranteed to taste good! If you like it simpler, book the Rösti Party. Richard Stöckli will help you to make different variations of Rösti. These are then exhibited, awarded prizes and eaten with relish in the kitchen. These highlights can be booked for as few as two people and up to a maximum of ten people in combination with an overnight stay.

Sometimes it should be a very special place for a business or private pleasure celebration. So it's a good thing that we also offer our services outside our restaurant. While we plan, organize, deliver, cook and serve, you sit back and give your guests your full attention. We will be happy to put together your own personal "carefree package".
