The Bernese Oberland enjoys world fame. You think we are exaggerating? Not at all! With Lakes Thun and Brienz, we have two of the most impressive lakes in Switzerland right on our doorstep. Lake Thun because it is the largest lake located entirely in one canton, Lake Brienz because it is unmistakably captivating with its turquoise water. Not to forget the famous triumvirate "Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau", the mightiest ice giants of Switzerland. And our hotel is located in the middle of this natural paradise.

Mediterranean flair on the lakeside, enchanting sunsets, endless nature experiences: Lake Thun and Lake Brienz cool you down even in the hottest summer and time flies by at the secluded sunbathing spots. Numerous hikes, walks or climbing tours are also possible. Did you know that the nearby Schilthorn was once the location for a James Bond movie? If you have never seen snow or can't get enough of it, take the Jungfrau Railway up to the Jungfraujoch at 3454 above sea level into eternal winter.

The winter with us is simply magical and the location of our hotel is ideally suited for excursions of any kind: close to Interlaken and at the starting point for the Jungfrau ski region (Grindelwald-First, Grindelwald-Wengen and Mürren-Schilthorn). The valley stations of the beautiful Swiss mountain, ski and winter hiking area can be reached in a few minutes of the hotel Restaurant Alpenblick. Wondering why it should be the most beautiful area? Come by and find the answers yourself.

Have you ever experienced that? A hotel with its own rose and herb garden, through which the boss personally guides you? What you see in the garden on the tour could already be on your plate in the evening. It almost doesn't get any fresher than this. The village fountain invites you to Kneipp, wellness for body and soul. Welcome to the countryside, welcome to our paradise in Wilderswil near Interlaken. But you can also retire to your cozy room, in the best case enjoy the view of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau or relax in the room's own steam bath.

In only ten minutes by car you can reach the uniquely situated 18-hole course of the golf club Interlaken/Unterseen. The course is unique because it is located "interlagos", i.e. between the two lakes and on the edge of a beautiful nature reserve. Whether beginner or handicap 36.0: with us you are the champion either way.
