The cheese from the cows "Rosa and Marianne".

Story #2:

At Alpenblick in Wilderswil, the beautiful tradition of the cheese cart is celebrated. For the enjoyment of gourmets from all over the world.

Anyone who has ever eaten at the Stöcklis in the Alpenblick in Wilderswil in the Gourmetstübli knows the impressive cheese trolley with over 40 types of cheese from all over Switzerland. One of them is even from their own cows!

The cows "Rosa and Marianne" graze in summer on the Nessleren Alp, above Saxeten. The alp is located at 1455 meters above sea level directly below the Schwalmern and forms with its extensive and petrified pastures the valley end of Saxeten.

Our alpine cheese comes from "Rosa und Marianne". But besides this cheese, there are also about 40 other cheeses from Switzerland on the cart.

But why does Alpenblick afford the luxury of this cheese truck? Richard Stöckli: "To honor our cows and because we love cheese! We have the best cheese trolley in all of Europe with exclusively Swiss cheese"!
