Story #7:

Dog Mena shuffles into the guest room. The West Highland Terrier lady has smelled the mountain cheese.

She begs for a piece of the mousse with the balsamic jelly coating. The animal is almost as addicted to it as he is, says top chef Richard. He can eat cheese from the alp every day and at any time. So is Mena! She has taken over this pleasure from her boss!

Sometimes, Richard Stöckli whispers, he feels like he did when he was a little boy up on the alp.
